Travelers Needing Special Assistance
Persons needing special assistance for walking, dinning, or other personal needs must be accompanied by an able companion and must notify us at the time of booking. Certain trips and tours are not wheelchair accessible. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small collapsible wheelchair. We cannot guarantee all locations we visit are wheelchair accessible or the equipment the various carriers we utilize to perform the tours have accessibility with the equipment they provide.

Luggage
Due to space limitations and weight issues and safety issues all airplane tours and helicopters tours restrict luggage. We also restrict luggage on our motor coach tours due to our commercial permit required to cross Hoover Dam. We cannot carry luggage while crossing Hoover Dam.

Your hotel will be glad to hold your luggage even after check out. Call the bell desk to make those arrangements.

Gratuities and Tips
We believe tipping is a private matter based on service performed. It is customary to tip waiters, porters, drivers and guides. This is not included.

Identification
All passengers traveling are required to present Photo ID. Passports, driver license, and state issued ID cards (not work ID) similar to a driver license are valid forms of ID.

Management and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of Grand Canyon Tours Inc. and its dbas are strictly limited; tour participant agrees that maximum liquidated damages shall not exceed the tour price. GCTCO inc. is responsible only in the capacity for making arrangements for tour services, including hotels, sightseeing, transportation, guides, and meals from various suppliers (collectively “Suppliers). The itineraries provided or shown are subject to revisions, including substitution of hotels, activities, routing and equipment used in performing our services as offered. If service is not provided, and GCTCO Inc. is unable to substitute a service of similar value, GCTCO Inc. liability shall not exceed the actual cost of the service not provided. GCTCO Inc does not own any of these suppliers. The suppliers are not agents, servants, employees or joint ventures of GCTCO Inc, but are Independent Contractors proving travel services to GCTCO Inc. GCTCO Inc. is not liable for any damage, including personal injury, accident, personal loss or other expense, from any cause, act or omission by Suppliers or their parties. Tour participant agrees that by utilizing the travel services of Suppliers, that tour participant will look to suppliers for any damages of any kind. GCTCO Inc. is not responsible for any purchases made during the tour. GCTCO Inc. is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment required during your tour, nor is GCTCO Inc. responsible for the quality or lack thereof; of medical care you may receive while on your tour. GCTCO Inc. and/or its agents are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes or other conditions. GCTCO Inc is not liable for any wrongful, neglect or unauthorized acts or omissions of any travel agent or agency. Legal proceedings by or against GCTCO Inc. may be instituted only in a state or federal court within the State of Nevada, and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. GCTCO Inc. reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time before or during the actual operation of the tour. GCTCO Inc. reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time. In computer or human billing error GCTCO Inc. reserves the right to re-invoice with the correct billing. Cancellation and No Show Fees
Cancellations will be charged the per person fees listed. All cancellations are subject to a $ 35.00 per person processing fee. Cancellation fees are determined by carrier and do differ from tour to tour, Hotel to Hotel, service to service. All cancellation policies are clearly stated along with the price of each and are provided along with reservation application.
